1. If quality issues occur within 7 days after purchasing Dianxuntong products.

(b) Go to the distributor who purchased the product and replace it with a brand new packaging of the same model;

(c) Go to the authorized service center of Dianxuntong for maintenance.

2. If there is a product quality issue within 60 days after purchasing Dianxuntong products.

Users can choose:

3. If purchasing Dianxuntong products for more than 60 days but still experiencing quality issues within a year;

Users can choose:

(a) The staff will immediately place a repair order with the nearest after-sales service center and provide the user with a repair order number. There is no need to place a repair order number now, and it can be delivered to the branch.

(b) You can send the damaged parts to a nearby repair location and calculate the after-sales service time starting from the date received by the service center. The company will contact the user within the promised after-sales service period and return the repaired products.

4. When purchasing Dianxuntong products, if the warranty period is exceeded or if the product malfunctions due to human damage.

If the product exceeds the three guarantees period specified by Dianxuntong Company, or if the customer fails to use, maintain, or store the computer in the working environment according to the product manual or instructions, the customer can choose paid repair services or call Dianxuntong's after-sales department for help from engineers.
